About the Principal
As a National Board Certified Educator, Ms. Manciel brings a repertoire of knowledge in the areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment. Her goal is to provide research based practices for teachers to implement intervention strategies for students in order to build a strong academic foundation.
To create a student-centered learning environment with high expectations where every child is engaged in effective best practices. Our teachers dive deep into data in order to differentiate instruction, and parents are active participants in monitoring their child’s education by building professional learning communities.
The mission of Henderson Academy is to ensure that all students reach the high academic performance standards they need to be successful at each grade level and beyond.
