I am interested in obtaining an email account through the District. How do I obtain one?

I have some information that needs to be sent to all Principals/DPS Employees, how do I send it?
Please have the information approved by the head of your department/school and submit it to The Office of Information Technology, located in New Center One, 4th floor or send it to announcements@detroitk12.org. Please allow 1 - 2 days for processing.
My internet connection doesn't seem to be working properly. Who can I contact for support?

I need to get a copy of my school transcripts. How do I go about doing this?
For graduates of 1974 - present, you can obtain an official copy of your school transcript from the school you graduated from. Please contact them directly.
If you graduated prior to 1974, you can obtain your transcript by calling (313) 873-7120.
Please be prepared to supply your name (at time of graduation), birthdate, school name and year you graduated.
My School is interested in having a website developed. How do we do this or who should we call?

Please contact the DPS Web Team at webteam@detroitk12.org. All content to be posted on the DPS homepage must be approved by the Office of Communications.

We understand that information on the web needs to be accurate and up to date. That is why we have made it easy for you to submit change requests. The font size on the DPS Website is too small or too large.
The DPS Website has been designed to follow W3C Standards. Visitors can now choose their own font size.
