Thurgood Marshall has the Spirit of Detroit!

In honor of outstanding dedication to the literary development of her students, Thurgood Marshall Principal Sharon Lee received the Spirit of Detroit Award from Detroit City Council Member George Cushingberry. The Spirit of Detroit Award is dedicated to an individual for outstanding achievement to the citizens of Detroit. In addition, 8th grade student Victoria Wilson was recognized for her achievement of ranking in the 98th percentile of reading scores. Congratulations Principal Lee and Victoria Wilson!
