DPSCD’s two superintendent finalists, Dr. Nikolai Vitti and Derrick Coleman have 12-hour interview schedules. They will start their day with an overview of the district’s finance and academic departments culminating with an open session interview conducted by the DPSCD Board of Education at 6 p.m. on each of their designated interview dates.
In addition to an overview of the district and the open interview session, the two candidates will have an opportunity to visit schools, meet staff, educators, parents and students. Supplementary public meetings are also scheduled with members of the community including faith-based, labor and business stakeholders. The board is seeking to avail the candidates to as many of the district’s key stakeholders as time will permit.
