KEM assists Golightly 2nd grade students with their Water Drive for Flint

Motown Recording Artist KEM assisted 2nd grade students at Golightly Educational Center on Friday, January 29 with their water drive to help those affected by the Flint Water Crisis. The student water drive began two weeks ago at the school.

Students in LaWanda Anner’s 2nd grade class wrote essays about the Flint Water Crisis and ways they can show their support and help those in need.

The Ford Dearborn Truck Plant also donated a Ford F-150 that will be used to transport the water collected during the drive.
