Old scores will be settled when we host “the Battle of Kelly Road” where the Eagles of Chandler Park take on their down street rival the Tars of Denby. In addition we have five of the top ten teams, boys and girls, in the state doing battle. Western, East English Village, Renaissance, Henry Ford and Benton Harbor are rated. Five games per day with an all-day ticket costing only $10. That works out to only two dollars per game. We are also featuring stellar coaches like Raphael Peterson from CMA, George Ward from King High School, former PSL and Chandler Park coach, Derrick Walton Sr. from St. Clair Shores Lake Shore, former All State and college All American Lisa Gondrezick from Benton Harbor, Ken Flowers from Henry Ford, former Frederick Douglass coach Nkwane Young who has taken over the reins of Wayne Memorial, and best rated coach in Detroit, from Western, Derrick McDowell.
