Golightly Education Center traveled around the world without leaving their school on Thursday, March 20, during the school’s multi-cultural parade. The event allowed students and staff to learn unique information about different countries.
Each class adopted one country from around the world to research, and created presentation boards that demonstrated the country’s important information. The presentations included pictures, music, food and attire representing each specific country. Some of the countries that students researched included Jamaica, China, Lebanon, Kenya and Liberia.
