Four PSL girls’ basketball makeup games Sunday moved to King High

Four Detroit Public School League girls’ basketball games that were postponed and rescheduled for Sunday, Jan. 12 have been moved to King High School because of a roof leak at Cass Tech.

In all, eight PSL girls’ basketball makeup games will be played Sunday at King High and Western High, according to the following schedule.

At King: Mumford vs. Osborn 9:30 a.m; Cody vs. East English Village 11 a.m.; DCP-Northwestern vs. Central 12:30 p.m.; and King vs. Cass Tech 2 p.m.

At Western: Ford vs. DIA 9:30 a.m.; CMA vs. Denby 11 a.m., Renaissance vs. Southeastern 12:30 a.m.; and Pershing vs. Western 2 p.m.

The boys’ makeup date is Sunday, Jan. 26 and includes five games at Western and four games at Cass Tech (home teams in bold).

At Western: Davis vs. West Side 9:30 a.m.; CMA vs. Denby 11 a.m.; Cody vs. East English Village 12:30 a.m.; Renaissance vs. Southeastern 2 p.m.; and Pershing vs. Western 3:30 p.m.

At Cass Tech: Mumford vs. Osborn 9:30 a.m.; DCP-Northwestern vs. Central 11 a.m.; Ford vs. Douglass 12:30 p.m.; and King vs. Cass Tech 2 p.m.

Admission is $5 (no re-entry)
