Student from Medicine and Community Health at Cody won second place for oratory in the City of Detroit’s Angel’s Night oratorical and art contest

Myshell Smith, a student at Medicine and Community Health at Cody, won second place for oratory in the City of Detroit’s Angel’s Night oratorical and art contest. The contest was open to all students in grades K-12.

Smith wrote about the theme”Let’s Come Together this Angel’s Night.” She won a digital camera and was proud to represent her school.  She thanked her teacher Karen Careathers and Principal Michelle Parker for supporting her in this contest.
