Students from Earhart Middle School plan to present their ideas this morning to City Council on how to save the Michigan Central Station.

The students, during their summer school program, developed ideas, including floor plans, on ways to save the old train station, which is slated to be demolished. Some of their efforts included letters to Preservation Wayne.

Students are slated to sign in at 9:45 a.m. at City Council. Presentation may be within the hour, pending Council schedule.
