Parents, You want your child to do well on the MEAP test. So do we. This
calendar of daily mathematics activities has been developed around the
content strands of the Michigan Essential Goals and Objectives for Mathematics,
the objectives upon which the MEAP Mathematics test is based. Each of
the week's activities focuses on one of the seven mathematics content
strands of the MEAP test. None of the activities requires expensive materials
nor a great deal of your time. The activities are designed to give your
child additional practice on the mathematics skills taught over the last
several years and presently being reviewed in your child's mathematics
class. It is hoped that this calendar will not only assist your child
in performing in the satisfactory range on the MEAP test, but also provide
you with many opportunities for you and your child to enjoy mathematics
together.
